Kelly is a Director and Solicitor based in our London office. She practices in the field of UK business immigration, advising corporate and private clients on a variety of immigration matters.
Kelly is experienced in providing assistance to Tier 2 migrants wishing to enter or remain in the UK as new hires or as intra-company assignees.
She tailors her advice to ensure that both the business and the individual employee achieve their immigration objectives in the most efficient manner.
Kelly also has extensive experience advising high-net-worth clients on Tier 1 matters with particular focus on investors and entrepreneurs.
