Kelsey is an Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where she works on employment-based petitions including EB-5, EB-1, E-2, O-1 and L-1 cases for corporate and individual clients in various industries.
Kelsey worked as a student intern in the immigration clinic during law school, where she assisted indigent clients in removal proceedings. After graduation, Kelsey served as a judicial law clerk at the Board of Immigration Appeals through the Attorney General’s Honors Program.
Kelsey has also worked as a Pro Bono Volunteer on the Florida Detention Database Project with the ACLU of Florida.
Kelsey speaks English and Spanish.
