Kitty is a Director at Fragomen’s Hong Kong office. She has more than 15 years of experience providing inbound Hong Kong immigration services for various clients, including multinational companies, global investment banks, a public e-commerce company and an international theme park. She is also the Diversity & Inclusion lead for Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Kitty was a Manager at a Big Four accounting firm in Hong Kong. She also spent more than five years at a global mobility consulting firm, where she managed international assignments and mobility for expatriates.

Kitty speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
