Kristina is an Associate at Fragomen’s London office, where she provides strategic immigration assistance to clients across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare and pharmaceutics. She has extensive experience advising on corporate immigration matters, including business visitor requirements, sponsor licence obligations, TUPE transfers and Points Based migrant applications under the Global Mobility and Skilled Worker routes.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Kristina worked at a consultancy, advising major corporate clients on a range of immigration matters including the construction, consulting, energy and technology sectors.
Kristina completed her training contract in asylum and human rights law, during which she assisted and represented victims of trafficking and torture, victims of domestic violence and unaccompanied children seeking asylum.
Kristina has dedicated significant time to pro bono work throughout her career. In 2022, she volunteered as a Legal Advisor with the Ukraine Advice Project UK, providing free legal advice to Ukrainian citizens and others fleeing Ukraine on UK immigration, visa and asylum matters, and as a Supervising Lawyer at the King’s Legal Clinic at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London, where she provided pro bono legal advice and supervised and mentored students.
