Lance is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office with more than a decade of immigration experience. He primarily supports multinational corporate clients with a wide range of U.S. immigration matters, including employment-based petitions for nonimmigrant visas, family-based petitions and applications for permanent residence.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Lance was an attorney at a boutique firm, where he assisted individuals and corporate clients with a variety of U.S. immigration petitions. Lance has experience representing clients in industries such as information technology, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, pharmaceutical and many others. He guides his clients in creating strategic global immigration programs, reducing the burden and complexity of immigration law and compliance and successfully supporting the movement of critical talent across the globe.

After graduating law school, Lance was a Judicial Law Clerk with the Executive Office for Immigration Review as part of the U.S. Attorney General’s Honors program (recognized as the nation's premier federal attorney recruitment program).
