She works closely with various leaders at clients’ companies to analyze how these programs affect operations and helps them understand the various ways in which changing rules and restrictions can impact hiring practices. Lauren also has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations involving an immigration component.

In addition to program development, Lauren frequently provides key trainings and presentations to human resources and global mobility professionals, as well as foreign national employees and their managers on business immigration concepts and options. She works closely with Fragomen’s U.S. and global teams to leverage the full capabilities of the firm when needed, such as legal strategies, the I-9 team and others, to provide broader connectivity and ensure a seamless client response.
