Louise is a Manager in Fragomen’s Dublin office with over 10 years of immigration experience. She is responsible for overseeing a team of consultants while advising global clients on all aspects of Irish immigration. She delivers strategic immigration programme management and compliance support to some of the firm's Fortune 500 clients and leaders in the technology and professional services industries. Outside of client and team management, Louise is also involved in internal process improvements to maximise efficiencies.

Prior to joining the Ireland team, Louise was based in the firm’s Dubai practice for over four years. In her UAE roles, she supervised a team working on UAE Inbound matters and advised on complex client queries. Louise then joined the firm's Global Client Services team for two years where she provided on-site support for a global client. This involved managing a multi-jurisdictional immigration programme and partnering with the client to successfully deliver several high profile projects.
