Louise is a Senior Manager with Fragomen’s Immigration Programme Management (IPM) practice group. She is based in the Dublin office, where she partners with corporate clients to deliver comprehensive immigration support and strategic solutions for their global mobility and immigration programmes. 

Louise manages a UK based team within the IPM practice group, who she mentors and supports to meet their professional goals. Louise is also involved in internal process improvements to maximize efficiencies.

Louise joined Fragomen in 2013, starting in the Dubai practice where she worked for over four years. In her various UAE roles, she supervised a team working on UAE inbound matters and advised on complex client queries. Louise then relocated to Ireland and worked with the firm's Global Client Services team, where she provided on-site support for a global client, managed a multi-jurisdictional immigration programme and successfully delivered multiple high-profile projects. Following that, she became a Dublin inbound Manager, overseeing a team of consultants while advising global clients on all aspects of Irish immigration.
