Lynn is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she primarily counsels clients on I-9 and E-Verify compliance, including I-9 program management, internal audits and the use of state-of-the-art electronic I-9 systems and tools.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Lynn represented clients in a wide range of employment-based matters related to immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, O-1 and PERM filings for I-140 petitions. She also served as a judicial law clerk in the New York State trial and lower appellate courts.
Lynn’s pro bono experience includes volunteering with the Immigrant Advocates Response Collaborative (I-ARC) Afghan Resettlement Project to provide assistance for Afghan nationals with employment-based immigration options. Additionally, Lynn has served as a volunteer Arbitrator with the New York City Civil Court, where she heard cases and successfully negotiated settlements among parties in Small Claims Court.
Lynn speaks English and Korean.
