Mallorie is an Associate at Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office, where she advises a variety of corporate clients, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, on matters relating to nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship.

Mallorie also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Mallorie served as an Attorney Advisor in the Attorney General Honors Program at the Salt Lake City Immigration Court. She also practiced immigration law and provided immigration services at Utah-based immigration firms, with a focus on family-based immigration and removal defense, including asylum cases.

While in law school, Mallorie provided pro bono services through the CARA Pro Bono Project in Dilley, Texas, where she helped women and children in the South Texas Family Residential Center prepare for credible fear interviews as part of their asylum proceedings.

Mallorie speaks English and Spanish.
