Maria Niki (Marianiki) is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she provides employment-based immigration services to a broad range of corporate clients. She has experience advising clients on strategies for H, L, O, E and TN visas, PERM matters, as well as visa petitions for individuals with extraordinary ability, outstanding researchers and professors and multinational executives and managers. Marianiki has represented companies in a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, education, technology and finance.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Marianiki worked at a boutique immigration law firm in Miami, Florida, where she focused on employment-based cases and assisted individual and corporate clients with their EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitions. Marianiki is also well versed in family-based immigration including N-400, VAWA, I-130 and TPS matters, among others. She also has broad experience in the financial services industry, as she has served as a Compliance Officer in major U.S. financial institutions where she focused on fraud detection and anti-money laundering consulting.
Marianiki has provided pro bono legal services through Bay Area Legal Aid and other humanitarian clinic initiatives.
Marianiki is fluent in English and Greek and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
