Marzieh is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she primarily assists multinational corporate clients in the technology sector with employment-based immigration matters, particularly nonimmigrant visas.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Marzieh worked for well-known business immigration law firms in San Francisco, handling both high-volume and small accounts in matters involving nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions. Bringing her experience with Fortune 500 companies, mid-size employers, startups and entrepreneurs, Marzieh has experience in both employment-based and family-based immigrant matters, including L-1, TN, E-3, O-1, EB-1, adjustment of status, consular processing and naturalization.
During law school, Marzieh served as an Immigration Intern at East Bay Sanctuary Covenant, where she helped clients with their asylum applications and assisted with naturalization workshops. She also served as an intern at International Rescue Committee, where she helped low-income families with their green card applications.
Marzieh speaks English and Farsi.
