Megan is an Associate at Fragomen’s Detroit office, where she assists clients with immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, particularly PERM, as well as related Requests for Evidence.
Megan has experience counseling clients on strategies for nonimmigrant and immigrant visas, including H-1B, L-1, O-1 and EB-1A visas. She has partnered with corporate clients of all sizes, ranging from venture-backed companies to large publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Megan worked at a corporate and family immigration firm in Kansas City, Missouri, where she handled a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including L-1, H-2A and EB-5 visas. She also worked at a boutique corporate immigration firm as a Supervising Attorney and at a university immigration law clinic advising local non-profits on family and humanitarian immigration services.
