Melissa is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she focuses her practice on supporting multinational corporate clients on a range of U.S. business immigration matters. She has experience advising industry-leading corporate clients, primarily in the financial services sector, on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including various employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas. Melissa also has experience assisting clients with PERM audits and Requests for Evidence and providing personalized immigration guidance to multinational managers, professionals with advanced degrees and skilled workers.
During law school, Melissa was a Law Clerk at Fragomen’s New York office. She also interned at Catholic Charities of New York, where she spent five months assisting clients with humanitarian forms of relief, including asylum applications, U visas and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.
Melissa speaks English and Greek.
