Miah is an Associate at Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office, where she advises clients on employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories, family-based permanent residence applications and various U.S. citizenship applications. She assists clients in the technology, financial and retail sectors in procuring visas for professionals, intra-company transferees and free trade professionals.
Miah has experience representing a range of clients—from individuals to Fortune 500 companies—on a wide variety of employment- and family-based immigration matters. She first joined Fragomen as a Law Clerk in the firm’s New York office.
Miah’s pro bono efforts have included serving as a legal intern for Catholic Charities, where she assisted with U visas, VAWA and asylum petitions.
Miah speaks English and Spanish.
