Roxanne is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where she focuses on employment-based U.S immigration matters. She advises clients on immigration strategy, case preparation and compliance considerations, helping them navigate complex immigration processes for matters including H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN, PERM, O-1, EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW) petitions and adjustment of status and naturalization applications.
Roxanne has experience advising on both immigrant and nonimmigrant matters for multinational corporations, startups, founders, healthcare organizations, academic institutions and individual clients across a wide range of industries. She also holds additional experience in family-based and humanitarian matters, including I-130 petitions, DACA renewals, VAWA petitions, U visas and waivers.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Roxanne served as in-house counsel and in executive leadership roles at startups in the software and artificial intelligence sectors. She also served as immigration counsel at a high-growth technology company and as an Associate at boutique immigration law firms, supporting clients on a wide variety of complex immigration matters.
Roxanne speaks English and Tagalog.
