Samantha is a Director based in Fragomen’s Sydney office and has worked in the Australian immigration law industry since 2008. She is a LL.B. qualified Registered Migration Agent who has extensive experience assisting local and multinational organizations with their inbound immigration needs to Australia. Samantha focuses on employer sponsored visas (both temporary and permanent) and advises organizations on corporate immigration matters of all kinds including visas, compliance, mobility policies and broader workforce strategy.

Samantha is experienced in assisting clients with a broad range of visa types and devising strategic solutions and tailored advice to meet her clients’ unique immigration needs. She is passionate about demystifying the oftentimes complex immigration laws and mobility roadblocks for her clients to deliver quality, practical advice.

Samantha has supported a diverse range of clients in sectors such as advertising and marketing, construction, engineering, finance, health care, hospitality, information technology, manufacturing, mining, professional services, retail and university/higher education.

Samantha originally joined Fragomen in 2008, progressing to the role of Client Services Manager, before moving to a large consulting firm in 2018 where she was a Director and senior leader in the national immigration practice. She returned to Fragomen in 2025.
