Sam is a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York office, where he works on petitions for all major nonimmigrant visa categories and permanent residence matters. Sam currently represents multinational corporate clients in a wide range of industries, such as information technology consulting, business and management consulting, financial services, healthcare, and entertainment and media. He is also experienced in complex removability issues.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Sam served as an Attorney Advisor in the Newark Immigration Court as part of the U.S. Department of Justice Attorney General’s Honors Program.
