Sharon is a Senior Manager based in our London office. She is a solicitor with over 15 years of immigration experience and provides UK immigration advice and support to clients across a range of industry sectors, including technology, fin tech, finance, and engineering.

Sharon provides strategic immigration advice to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and national and multinational corporate clients. She also assists them with obtaining sponsor licenses, compliance matters and right to work checks. 

Sharon has significant experience advising private clients on issues related to Tier 1 (Investor), settlement, nationality, and European law.

Experience

Provided training to global mobility and human resources professionals on the Points Based System (PBS) and compliance obligations for sponsor licence holders.

Assisted clients with a number of compliance-related matters, including sponsor license applications, mock audits and UK Visas and Immigration audits, right to work provisions and TUPE scenarios. 

Undertook a regular secondment to the global mobility team of a large engineering company.

Led the graduate recruitment program for a Big Four accounting firm, a global telecommunications company and a global engineering company, and advised on all aspects of immigration requirements including assisting a large population of non-EEA graduates both inside and outside the UK.
