Sonal is a UK qualified solicitor and has been working in corporate immigration law for nearly 15 years. She provides strategic immigration advice and supports a range of SMEs, national and multi-national corporates, across a range of industries. She also has vast experience advising private individuals on issues relating to settlement, nationality and European law. Prior to joining Fragomen, Sonal was an employment lawyer and therefore she applies this knowledge to her immigration practice when clients encounter challenges associated with notice period, TUPE and the impacts of corporate restructuring.
Sonal is also an Immigration Programme Manager with a focus on the EMEA region. Sonal partners closely with her clients and acts as a single point of contact overseeing the transactional service delivery, as well as assisting with cross-jurisdictional project work and advisory services. She collaborates with clients to develop specific tailored protocols and processes to ensure the needs of the business are met in the ever-changing landscape of global immigration.
