Tanya serves as Counsel in Fragomen’s U.S. Knowledge group and is responsible for monitoring and analyzing immigration law developments and providing guidance on complex legal issues.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Tanya practiced U.S. citizenship, passport and consular law in the State Department's Consular Affairs Bureau, both in the Overseas Citizens Services Office and Passport Services Office. She has also practiced employment- and family-based immigration law in Boston and New York City. She has experience representing multinational corporate clients in industries including financial services, biotechnology and consulting, as well as small businesses and individual clients.
