Vladimir is a Senior Director in Fragomen’s Doha office and has been with the firm for more than 12 years. He assists clients with a range of immigration matters in Qatar and Kuwait and helps build, implement and maintain immigration programs. He is responsible for facilitating streamlined communication between client contacts and his team of immigration professionals and ensuring that all services are provided in an accurate and timely manner.

Vladimir assists clients with large scale mobilization to Qatar and Kuwait, leveraging his 12 years of experience in the global immigration field. At all times, he helps maintain his clients’ compliance and highlights ways to improve internal immigration processes.

As part of his role, Vladimir works on implementing process efficiencies and technology solutions that further build on the firm’s service delivery model globally. With his vast client service and operational experience, Vladimir ensures that his team consistently delivers a high standard of service to the firm’s clients.

Prior to re-joining Fragomen’s Doha office, Vladimir worked at Fragomen’s Frankfurt, Brussels and Amsterdam offices where he worked closely with the case teams on service delivery and client engagement matters.

Devised and completed large scale client onboarding projects in the Middle East and Europe.

Assisted with the development and delivery of several firmwide initiatives related to client service and process efficiencies.

Planned and executed major Work Residence Permit transfer projects in excess of 200 transfers.

Consulted in various jurisdictions including: MOCI Qatar, Qatar Financial Centre and Qatar Science and Technology Park.

Consulted and assisted with obtaining large scale block visa labor approvals from the Qatar Ministry of Labor.

Represented clients at various Ministries in Qatar and Kuwait.
