Wen Hsin (Margaret) is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she assists multinational corporate clients in the technology sector with employment-based immigration matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen and during law school, Margaret worked at a boutique immigration firm in San Diego, where she gained experience with a range of matters, including immigrant and nonimmigrant visa applications and family-sponsored petitions. She assisted clients across a variety of industries including the arts, entertainment and sports. Margaret has experience in both employment-based and family-based immigrant matters, including H-1B, P-1, TN, E-2, O-1, EB-1 and naturalization, as well as with preparing responses to Requests for Evidence.
