Yael is a Partner in Fragomen's New York office. She represents multinational corporate clients in the fields of information technology consulting, management consulting, healthcare, energy, transportation, finance and multimedia services on all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence and citizenship. She provides counsel on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories and family-based permanent resident applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Yael worked as an Associate with a New York City-based immigration law firm. She represented individual clients, startup companies and small to medium-sized organizations in a variety of industries, including finance, law, information technology consulting, software development, multimedia services and fashion. Yael's experience includes all aspects of employment-based and family-based immigration.
Yael participated in the local “Citizenship Day” annual events sponsored by the American Immigration Lawyers Association, assisting families and individuals pro bono with applying for naturalization.
Yael speaks English and Hebrew.
