Construction Management: Illegal Working in Construction: Expanding Right to Work Checks

The consultation invites the sector to share views on how the expanded checks should operate in practice, the challenges employers may face and the type of support that would help them meet their obligations. Employers can contribute their feedback until 10 December, giving the sector a key opportunity to help shape the guidance before the changes take effect.
