Clara is a Manager in Fragomen’s London office, with more than seven years of experience in UK immigration law. 

Clara provides strategic immigration advice to multinationals and household names, as well as SMEs and private clients on nationality matters, the Points Based System, sponsor licence applications and compliance, managing right to work obligations, and navigating the immigration consequences of mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Clara advises both private and corporate clients from a broad range of industries, including media and entertainment, telecommunications, financial services, technology, construction, manufacturing and retail. 

Clara regularly published articles on matters such as right to work checks, the use of immigration routes and compliance with a particular focus on the construction and manufacturing sectors.

Clara is an experienced trainer and public speaker, having trained other immigration practitioners on behalf of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and provided webinars for MAKE UK members over the last three years.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Clara trained at a boutique immigration law firm.

Clara speaks English, French and Spanish.
