Estonia: Posted Worker Notifications Now to be Filed via Online Portal

As of July 17, 2023, posted worker notifications (PWN) must be filed via Estonia’s Labour Inspectorate’s online self-service portal. Applicants can file PWNs in English, Estonian and Russian. Previously, PWNs were filed via emailing a registration form to the Labour Inspectorate. Email filing is no longer accepted. This development – which seeks to simplify the PWN filing process – joins broader digitization efforts throughout much of Europe, including in Germany, Latvia, and Luxembourg, among others.
