Join Fragomen Partner Aaron Blumberg and Associate Jake Paul Minster for a webinar hosted in collaboration with Interstride. The session, Sponsoring Faculty for Permanent Residence, will take place on Thursday, March 7 at 1:00 pm EST.
This session will evaluate the primary ways a College or University can sponsor one of its employees for permanent residence: PERM Special Handling, Standard PERM and EB-1 Outstanding Professor/Researcher. Our speakers will delve deep into each Green Card category and provide best practices and compliance tips for higher education employer sponsors. We will also look at self-filing options like the NIW and how that is becoming a more intriguing option for some higher education employees.
