LONDON – 20 April, 2023 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, welcomes William Baird as Partner. Baird, a 15-year veteran of the immigration and global mobility space will join this summer and is the latest in a string of Partner hires in the past six months as the firm looks to expand its footprint and further enhance its service and technology offerings.

His extensive experience guiding workforce mobilisation programmes around the world, coupled with his in-depth knowledge of building a holistic client experience will be a tremendous asset to our clients across the firm,” said Lance Kaplan, Fragomen Co-Chair.
Baird builds large-scale immigration programmes and manages the workforce movement of thousands of employees for major companies around the world, especially in the energy and technology sectors. He is particularly focused on compliance and strategy as well as development and implementation of new technologies to help clients save costs and move their workforce efficiently and in a timely manner. Baird has worked in Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Baird received his LL.M in Intellectual Property & Information Technology Law from the University College Dublin and his Bachelor of Irish Law from the Griffith College Dublin.
