Applicants should take these delays into consideration when considering their travel plans and start dates.
Work permit renewal applicants in Warsaw should schedule an appointment to submit their application at least 80 calendar days prior to the expiry of their work permit due to the delays. Failure to submit a renewal application prior to expiry of the current permit can result in a loss of work authorization rights until a new work permit is obtained, which can take 90 days or more.
Turkey: Discretionary Residence Permit Document Apostille Rule Implemented – Foreign nationals filing residence permit applications in Istanbul do not have to submit apostilled supporting documents despite an announcement from the Interior Ministry of Turkey, according to the Migration Directorate of Istanbul.
