Hosted by Step Two, these global awards recognize outstanding contributions to intranets, digital workplaces and digital employee experience.
Step Two describes Fragomen's "Immigration Knowledge Library" as "a highly effective relaunch and restructuring of a collection of specialist legal knowledge on a law firm intranet, fuelled by new search capabilities, all delivered without the help of IT."
Intranets, digital workplaces and digital employee experience (DEX) continue to be critical, as they keep employees informed, facilitate task completion and increase accessibility while driving productivity, collaboration, enhanced client service and innovation.
