
The content of posted worker notifications, which are submitted through the French online portal, SIPSI, has been simplified. When submitting notifications, employers no longer have to include the following information regarding the posted worker’s assignment: the nature of dangerous material/work processes used; the signature date of posted workers’ work contracts; the daily start and end times and rest duration; and the method of reimbursement for travel, meal and accommodation expenses. Further, the following documents are no longer required to be kept on the posted worker’s worksite in France: documents confirming the law applicable to the contract linking the employer abroad and the host entity; and documents confirming the number of contracts executed and the turnover by the employer in the country of establishment and in France. The simplified requirements should streamline the posted worker notification process for employers. Employers should continue to follow all other obligations related to posted workers in France, which are unchanged.
