The Open Doors Initiative is a group of over 130 companies and non-profits that works together with government departments to create pathways to employment and further education to people facing additional barriers. Some of the people we work with include refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, people with disabilities, those from a Traveller background, LGBTQIA+, people with a criminal history, and any intersectionality between the groups.
