While a member of the INIS’s legal panel within the Repatriation Division, made legally sound recommendations as to whether or not an individual could be deported from Ireland. This involved the assessment of case files and applications for permission to remain in Ireland by unsuccessful international protection applicants and individuals with no immigration permission.
