Fragomen is an annual Platinum sponsor for the New Jersey Relocation Council (NJRC) Spring Conference taking place April 30 from 9:30AM–6:15PM. The theme of this years conference is Global Mobility Goes for the Gold – World Cup Edition.
Partner Eddie Raleigh will speak on an afternoon panel from 2:45PM–3:30PM titled “The Playbook: Workshop and Q&A on Strategy and Best Practices.” Inspired by the global scale and momentum of the FIFA World Cup, this session takes a “playbook” approach to winning strategies in global mobility. The panel will cover key topics in immigration, home sale, and home purchase, examining how major international events influence workforce movement and business planning.
Attendees will gain insight into travel impacts and preparing for potential ICE encounters, informed by discussions with FIFA and U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The session will also provide important updates on business immigration, including the lottery process, the proposed $100,000 fee, and wage rule changes.
Rounding out the discussion, the panel will review the home sale process, BVO and GBO programs, and best practices for navigating today’s competitive housing market—equipping mobility professionals with the tools they need to help their organizations go for the gold.
