RTÉ: Nearly half of workers impacted by labour shortages

Fragomen research revealed that nearly half of workers in Ireland report shortages in their sectors, with healthcare, education and construction being particularly impacted. In healthcare, nearly three-quarters of workers observed shortages and almost half of construction workers noted similar challenges. Partner Ángel Bello Cortés shares with RTÉ the importance of immigration policies for business compliance and noted that while recent updates to Employment Permits are promising, more reforms are needed to help Irish companies access global talent.
