Significant Fee Increases for Most Immigration Applications

South Korea has increased fees for all visa and immigration-related applications and services, starting from January 1, 2014. Most fees increased by 100%, but the application fee to change from temporary to F-5 permanent resident status quadrupled.
The revised fees are as follows:
This is the first time that the South Korean government has increased immigration fees since 1998.
