The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) announced that it has upgraded its eServices platform, offering improved accessibility and new features for users. The new EP eService, formerly known as EP Online, now routes to the myMOM portal and allows users to conduct all Employment Pass and S Pass transactions. Users can apply for, renew, cancel passes and appeal rejected applications on the new platform. Applicants who submitted any transactions earlier using EP Online will be able to continue these on the new EP eService platform. Furthermore, new features include extending In-Principal Approval validities, viewing pass holder profiles for updates and card delivery status and organization profile management. The MOM encourages users to provide feedback on the new eService to help further enhance the user experience.
