Skilled Worker Webinar: Eligibility under the “new entrant” provision

At the end of 2023, the UK government announced their Five-Point Plan to reduce net migration which included increasing the minimum salary threshold under the Skilled Worker route. The Immigration Rules were updated on 4 April 2024.
