Fragomen is proud to support Talent Beyond Boundaries (TBB) and its partners in hosting an in-person hiring event from November 3–7, 2025, designed to connect Canadian employers with skilled refugee candidates eager to contribute to Canada’s workforce and economy.
TBB reports that 95% of employers who have partnered with the organization indicate they are likely to recruit displaced talent again, underscoring the value and impact of inclusive hiring. This event provides a direct opportunity for Canadian employers to meet and recruit qualified professionals across multiple sectors, including healthcare, skilled trades, construction, and more.
By participating, employers can:
- Access a pipeline of experienced and motivated candidates.
- Support inclusive hiring initiatives that contribute to long-term workforce stability.
- Address critical labour shortages while creating opportunities for displaced individuals to rebuild their lives.
This initiative is organized by TBB in partnership with RefugePoint, with Fragomen lending its support to help raise awareness and promote employer participation. Together, these efforts advance workforce development and highlight the benefits of connecting displaced talent with meaningful employment opportunities in Canada.
