USCIS Final Phase of Premium Processing Expansions | #MobilityMinute

In this Mobility Minute, Associate Justin Pires discusses the upcoming implementation of USCIS' final phase of the premium processing expansion, set to take effect on January 30, 2023.

This phase applies to EB-1 and EB-2 Form I-140 petitions. Unlike previous phases of the expansion, this phase applies to new/initial petitions, as well as all previously filed petitions.

USCIS also plans to expand premium processing to certain F-1 students applying for OPT and STEM OPT extensions who have a pending form I-765 in March 2023.
