Justin is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where he assists corporate clients with employment-based immigration matters, particularly the PERM Labor Certification process.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Justin practiced immigration law at a boutique law firm in Boston, where he assisted clients with a wide range of immigration issues, including bond, cancellation of removal, asylum, family immigration, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Violence Against Women Act and naturalization cases.
During law school, Justin served as a Law Clerk at Fragomen’s Boston office, where he assisted with responding to Requests for Evidence and supporting the nonimmigrant visa needs of individual and corporate clients. He also served as a student attorney for the Northeastern University School of Law Immigrant Justice Clinic, where he assisted with obtaining asylum for a client who fled their country due to LGBTQ persecution.
Justin has provided pro bono legal representation to migrant refugee children in asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status cases.
Justin speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
