Poland’s major immigration law reform, which came into force in mid-2025, is now being fully implemented through a series of significant regulatory changes. Some provisions have already been in effect since 1 December 2025, while others are expected to come into force in early 2026. In parallel with the changes implementing the major reform, other legal developments continue to take place – easy to miss, but equally important.
Join us for a 60-minute webinar organized by Fragomen Poland on 11 December 2025 at 3PM CET to learn what has already changed, what’s coming next, and how to prepare your organization for Poland’s evolving immigration landscape.
