Anne is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she focuses on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Anne has experience handling a broad range of immigration matters, including family and employment-based immigration applications, and has worked with a variety of clients, ranging from large public companies to start-ups.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Anne served as an Attorney with immigration law firms in San Francisco and New York. Prior to and during law school, she worked as a paralegal, legal intern and law clerk in the employment-based immigration field. In this capacity, Anne gained experience with O-1, H-1B, L-1, E-3, TN and EB-1 visas, PERM, Special Handling PERM, Schedule A Group II, National Interest Waivers, I-140 and Adjustment of Status applications.
