Asif is a Manager at Fragomen’s Sheffield office where he assists clients with navigating the UK immigration rules to ensure the smooth migration of their employees to the UK, under the Skilled Worker and ICT visa routes.

Asif has more than 10 years of experience in UK immigration law and advises on a broad range matters including family migration, complex human rights issues, ex-Gurkha dependant applications, deportation, asylum, EU and nationality. He also has extensive experience in challenging Home Office decisions at the First-tier Tribunal (IAC), the Upper Tribunal (IAC) and the Court of Appeal by way of Judicial review.

Asif speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
