Caroline is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she advises multinational corporate clients on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, the PERM labor certification process and adjustment of status applications. She has experience assisting clients in a diverse range of industries, including telecommunications, information technology, financial services, sports entertainment and fashion.
Prior to her current role, Caroline served as a Law Clerk and Attorney at Fragomen’s New York office.
Caroline is a volunteer attorney at Casa Cornelia Law Center, a public interest organization that provides pro bono legal services to victims of human and civil rights violations. Her pro bono experience has included preparing U visa petitions for victims of domestic violence and their family members and screening unaccompanied minors for immigration relief, including Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and asylum.
During law school, Caroline served as a student attorney with the St. John’s Bread and Life Immigration Clinic, where she helped prepare family-sponsored immigrant petitions and applications for adjustment of status, naturalization and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
Caroline speaks English and Spanish.
