Managing Fragomen Singapore’s inbound practice, Dalia joins a collaborative style with a wealth of experience in navigating the intricate landscape of Singapore immigration.

Dalia’s professional journey began by assisting clients in obtaining work visas, but today, her focus has evolved to helping organizations understand the holistic landscape of immigration and its impact on hiring both local and global talent. She emphasizes the importance of organizational and workforce planning, going beyond obtaining work visas to offer a comprehensive viewpoint of the immigration landscape in Singapore.

By leveraging her 18 years of experience to help organizations navigate the evolving immigration landscape in Singapore, Dalia creates practical and compliant immigration solutions for clients on mergers and acquisitions, short-term assignments and projects to Singapore. She also provides strategic support and immigration training and updates to in-house HR and global mobility teams to keep them abreast of changes in Singapore’s work authorization regime, including the implementation of the Complementarity Assessment Framework points-based system and the importance of adhering to the Fair Consideration Framework. Many organizations have complex needs when bringing employees into Singapore, and Dalia's strategic and collaborative approach proves invaluable in meeting those needs.

Dalia emphasizes being strategic and collaborative, not just on a professional level but also within her team. She encourages her team to step into the shoes of their clients, delivering sincere and empathetic services. Dalia’s approach is rooted in the human aspect of immigration, recognizing the pressure points clients experience and focusing on the human interaction involved in moving people and families.

She moves beyond the legal aspects of her work to provide a service that is not just about fulfilling requirements but truly understanding the needs and challenges faced by her clients. This personal touch distinguishes Dalia’s approach, making her a trusted immigration services partner.
