Daniel is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Detroit office, where he counsels clients on employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. Daniel has advised individuals, small businesses and multinational corporations across various industries on their immigration matters.

Daniel has experience preparing employment and family-based visa petitions; counseling companies and their in-house counsel on mobility options; drafting legal briefs and memoranda, including complex responses to Requests for Evidence and I-9 auditing; drafting contracts, employment agreements and policies; and conducting research on novel issues pertaining to global mobility. He also has litigation experience.

Prior to his current role, Daniel managed the Orlando, Florida office of a national immigration and personal injury law firm and worked with a Spain-based global relocation company and law firm. He also worked with a UK-based global relocation company, in an outside counsel role, supporting their multinational clients in the automotive, technology, engineering, sports, construction, food and medical industries. Daniel also represented the relocation company at symposiums throughout Europe.

Daniel also has experience liaising with the Department of Labor and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. He represented his previous firm and its clients in Washington, DC, where he met with the heads of the Department of Labor, Foreign Labor Division to advocate against changes to the H-2B program and discuss PERM issues.
