Emilee is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington D.C. office, where she primarily counsels clients on EB-1, O-1 and L-1 visas and responds to Requests for Evidence. She began her Fragomen career as a law clerk in the same office, assisting clients with various visas (e.g., H-1B, TN, L-1, E, B, O-1), as well as Adjustment of Status, I-140 and I-130, Removal of Conditions, Employment Authorization Documents, Advance Parole, National Interest Waivers, responses to Requests for Evidence and naturalization matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Emilee provided immigration services at a boutique law firm and the William & Mary Law School Immigration Clinic. During her time working at the boutique law firm and clinic, Emilee assisted clients with asylum, U visas, T visas, cancellations of removal, removal of conditions, VAWA and naturalization. While studying law at William & Mary Law School, Emilee served as the Senior Articles Editor of the William & Mary Bill of Rights Journal and as a board member of both the Immigration Law & Service Society and the Human Security Law Center.
Emilee speaks English and is proficient in Arabic.
