Emma brings more than 12 years of experience in corporate immigration and global mobility, guiding individual and multinational companies through a broad range of immigration processes. She works across industries such as technology, business process outsourcing, communications, advertising, construction, travel, financial services, consultancy, media and retail.
Known for her strength in legal drafting, policy analysis, team leadership and client relationship management, Emma oversees the full lifecycle of global mobility programs in Fragomen’s Manila office. Her work includes advisory on complex visa matters, Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC)-related matters, client engagement and internal process improvements. Emma’s deep background in HR mobility and legal support gives her a well-rounded perspective on the operational and regulatory aspects of immigration.
Before joining Fragomen, Emma worked in mobility and immigration management roles in several companies. She also held paralegal positions where she managed special visas and work permit applications and advised on Philippines Immigration law.
Emma’s passion is helping businesses and their employees navigate complex global mobility and immigration processes. She finds fulfilment in turning complex cases and challenges into clear, manageable steps and takes great pride in building trusted partnerships with her clients. She is committed is to make international mobility as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone she works with.
